I teach Yoga, do massage and Reiki, sing, energy work...any thing in my ability to inspire and heal people, to make them feel better and want to be better.
I also sharing my skills and experiences by offering some workshops and courses, participating in some Yoga Teacher training courses.
Currently I live in Bao Loc, a city in the highland of Vietnam with my many cats where I eat Vegan food, teaching Yoga and massage and heal.
